HORSFORD CRICKET CLUB

The Club was founded in 1947 and finally moved to Manor Park in 1980 now sharing the ground with Norfolk County Cricket Club. We field four teams on a Saturday (EAPL, Alliance Division 3 and Lucas Fettes League Divisions 3 & 6). On Sundays we compete in the Mid Norfolk Sunday League (Premier Division and associated Cup Competitions) as well as the Carter Cup and NACO Cup Competitions. The Club hosts the Norfolk Twenty20 Competition and participates in the ECB Cockspur Twenty20 Competition.

There is a flourishing junior section with over 100 playing members who participate in local U-9, U-11, U-13, U-15 and U-17 Competitions. Training and coaching facilites at the club are excellent. Two club players now play for First Class Counties and the Club encourages the progress of young players. The First XI (EAPL) has a high percentage of young players and a significant number of players represent Norfolk CC at ages ranging from U-11 to the County Development Squad (an up to date list is available on the Club's own website).

Training nights are Tuesday (First Team Squad), Thursday (Senior Teams) and Friday nights (Junior Sections).

Full details of the Club activities, committee, coaches, contacts and progress can be found on the Horsford Club website (see below).
